For Engines, Transmissions, Parts

All our high performance engine & transmission carry 30 days warranty from the date it’s purchased and our standard engine and transmission carry 90 days warranty. This warranty is only on the engine block and head.

1. Used Replacement Engines and Transmissions– 90 Days Warranty
2. Used Performance Engines and Transmissions– 30 Days Warranty
3. Rotary Engines (Mazda RX-7 13BT/13BTT/20B) – No Warranty
4. All Electrical/Electronic Parts – No Warranty

OUR WARRANTY COVERS ALL THE INTERNAL PARTS OF ENGINE.

ITEMS AND CONDITIONS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY: All internal engine parts including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshafts and main bearing, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshafts and camshaft bearings, timing chains and gears, intake and exhaust valves, springs, seals and guides, oil pumps, push rods. The engines block, cylinder barrels and cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion. Any engine or parts that are found to have been overheated or show any signs of damage due to improper or unqualified installation procedures, or signs of aftermarket forced induction systems or Nitrous Oxide will not be covered by this warranty.

OUR WARRANTY DOSE NOT COVERS THE EXTERNAL PARTS.

ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

All external parts attached to the engine, e. g. intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetor, distributor, alternator, starter, emission control devices, flywheel, clutch and pressure plated, water pump, thermostat, belts, hoses, timing belt, timing chain, pulleys, oil pan, etc. Also if it is not installed properly or overheated it is not under warranty. Make sure the engine is not open; if the engine is open there will be no warranty. Our product should be shipped to us the way we send to our customer. Our inspection member will check our product to make sure that it matches the serial # and our engine and transmission come with all the accessories that shipped to our customer.

RETURNED POLICY.

The customer can return our defective product within their warranty time, and our inspector member will inspect our product to make sure it is our part and it hasn’t been damage by unqualified mechanic. Our warranty does not cover the labor for installation. The shipping and handling is not cover as well. Our entire product will be inspected before we ship any part from JDM Tokyo Motor Imports.
